Flat shipping and handling fee applies upon checkout.
For clients choosing to pay via bank deposit, please email us a photo of your transaction to or send it in our Facebook page for payment confirmation. Allow 24-48 hours for us to confirm your payment. Once confirmed, we'll begin processing your order.
Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping if within Metro Manila and 5-7 business days for shipping if outside Metro Manila. You will receive a notification via email regarding the status of your order + a tracking number.
We are not liable for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect shipping address or contact details. Please double check all information provided upon checkout. We will not be shipping items without payment confirmation. But in case you experience any shipping problems, please email and we will do our best to assist you.
International Payment & Shipping
If you wish to order, please email us your orders & complete shipping address. Shipping fee vary depending on weight and location. Do note that taxes & duties imposed by your country should be settled by the buyer and is not included in your total payment to us.
Payment can be made via Paypal. Necessary transaction fees will be included.
Return & Exchange
If in case you received an item that is damaged or faulty or in wrong size, you may opt to file a refund/exchange request within (7) seven business days upon receipt of the order. Once approved, refund may be in the form of store credits or gift certificates.
For exchanges, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Sadly, we cannot cover for shipping charges paid once returned to us. You may also opt to exchange it in our physical stores.
